		<description>thanks for the critical verdict expressed on roles of construction professionals, the fact is that any professional who is porknosing into another sister-professional&#039;s job is not sure of his\her training; professional who does not know scope of his\her job should be adviced to go back to school for re-training!</description>

		<description>I Think rather than talk of Building Professionals we should be talking of Construction Professionals as recognised as such by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Professions are statutorily backed. These Construction Professions are; Architecture, Building, Engineering (including Civil, Structural, Electrical &amp; Mechanical), Estate Managemant, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying &amp; Town Planning.</description>

		<description>Engineering Position in todays market are difficult to come by and this is made even more difficult by the fact that prospective employers are becoming increasingly difficult to satisfy.  Personally, I think that the global markets should see vast improvements within the next twelveyears and this should make the situation easier to manage.</description>
