THE SOIL IS LOOSE ARROUND WATER LOOGED AREA. A LAKE IS JUST AT MY BACK. MY BUILDE GAVE ME A BILL OF N1.3 MILLION. ANOTHER BUILDER NOT NEED IRON RODS SINCE ITS A BUNGALOW.
